Work With Us
Our remarkable team is made up of inspiring Black femmes. If safe space could be personified, its soul would resemble each and every one of these women. Are you ready to join the SANA family?
Work at The SANA
We are always looking for creative, audacious, passionate and committed Black femmes with a wide range of skills to join our teams — from frontline work to operations, fundraising and development and HR.
Our vision is to have a workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve; therefore, we actively encourage and welcome applications from candidates of diverse cultures, perspectives and lived experiences.
We're a small but mighty team of passionate people who want to end violence against women and girls for good. It's a huge and often tiring task, so we put self-care and wellbeing at the centre of our work to ensure that we're in the best place possible to take on the challenge.

Hear from Sharon…
Training & Engagement Lead
“Working for HERSANA has been a true blessing. Not only have I felt supported in my professional development since I started with the organisation. I have also experienced a sense of peace going in to work each day knowing that I would not have to deal with micro-aggressions or "unconscious biases" from other members of staff within the organisation. I just truly love working for HERSANA as I finally feel understood and acknowledged as a Black woman in my workplace.“
