Holistic Therapy

We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and understand your experiences, their impact on you, as well as receive therapeutic support around this.

We recognise that everyone is different and will experience their feelings and trauma in different ways. Our therapists will not give advice or direction; nor will they make decisions for you or on your behalf. We believe that each femme is the expert of their own life and therefore you will make the best choices for your life. Although you may not always find your sessions easy or comfortable, our therapists will stand alongside you and support you in developing your own insights and solutions for difficulties.

Holistic therapies can be a really positive, helpful and powerful addition to any other support you may be receiving around your health and wellbeing, as well as whilst you access our other services.
